Sumner School People Descriptions

We have been learning to write character descriptions. We have used lots of adjectives and tried to use similies. Come and read our descriptions of some people at Sumner School....

Miss Dippie - By Dylan

Miss Dippie is the teacher of Room 9. She has soft blonde hair and eyes as blue as the sky. She is in the house group Kowhai and is an awesome teacher. She does bus duty and lunch inspection and is great at Jump Jam! I think Miss Dippie is a safe and trustable teacher.

Miss Dippie - By Cleo

Miss Dippie has blue eyes, long straight blonde hair and pale white skin. She is kind and caring. Miss Dippie loves dancing and she is good at Maths. She makes me feel happy because she is a lovely teacher. 

Miss Collins - By Joshua

Miss Collins is very sporty Year 3 and 4 teacher in Room 10. She has long blonde hair. She has a pale face. Miss Collins just loves riding her bike even though she sometimes falls off - He He! She loves teaching Year 3 and 4's most of the time. I think Miss Collins is a great teacher to have because she is very helpful and supportive.

Miss Collins has skin like an apricot. She has bright sunny hair and shiny lips. She looks smart and sporty and kind. She likes to bike. She is sporty. She is a teacher in Room 10. She makes me feel cheerful because she makes easy homework!

Mrs Bird - By Rico

Mrs Bird has sparkly teeth and a super smile. She has grey silky hair and lovely blue eyes. She is cool and she works with the super Year 2's in Room 5. She makes me feel good because she has a bear!

Mrs Murdoch - By Jamie

Mrs Murdoch has long black hair. She plays a lot of sport. She has got white, skinny legs. She is a young teacher. She always wears sunglasses. She loves music and talking to everyone and discussing about the day. She wears black clothes. She teaches Year 5 and 6 in Room 15.

Mrs B - By Emily

Mrs B has blacky-blondy hair and she has a lovely smile. She is very friendly and she is cheerful. She has very sparkly blue eyes. She lives up Richmond Hill.  Mrs B teaches Year 1. Mrs B makes me feel awesome because she is smiley. 

Miss Smith - By Lucy

Miss Smith has a lovely smile and she looks awesome in her red Toupata clothes. She has pretty brown eyes and is very very tall. Miss Smith dark brown hair, she loves doing art and is in Room 13. She teaches Year 3 and 4. She makes me feel awesome because she is creative.

Miss Smith has got a lovely smile. He has got pretty, brown, dark, silky hair. She is tall. She looks awesome with her Toupata clothes on. Miss Smith likes doing cool art and creative stuff. She teaches super Year 3 and 4. She is in Room 13. Miss Smith makes me feel awesome because she is a  smiley teacher.

Mrs McKendry  - By Bo

Mrs McKendry has dark brown hair. Her clothes are astounding. She has sea blue eyes. She has shining teeth and pink lips. She likes reading and playing games. She likes teaching kids and going on trips and getting about. She makes me feel happy because she is a good teacher.

Ms Mora - By Freddy

Ms Mora has a smile on her face and she has curly brown hair. Ms Mora is friendly to me. Ms Mora hands out trophies in assembly. She makes me feel cheered up because she has a smile on her face.

Mrs Reid - By Hannah

Mrs Reid has beautiful brown eyes that sparkle in the daylight. She also has silky black hair and she always wears pretty clothes. She also has a very grateful Year 3 and 4 class. Mrs Reid loves going climbing at Clip 'n' Climb. She always bikes to school but she also enjoys swimming and splashing in the pool.  Mrs Reid makes me feel cheerful and lovely because she is friendly.

Mr Cameron - By Bryn

Mr Cameron wears a striped suit with black pants and black shoes. He has beautiful brown eyes and his hair is as blonde as a bellbird and he is super tall. Mr Cameron is the principal of Sumner School. He is normally in a meeting and he is the host of the full school assembly. He is occasionally on duty. He does sports with the seniors and shakes hands with the New Entrants. He makes me feel fabulous because he is a great principal.

Peter is tall. He has wrinkly skin. Peter has sparkly blue eyes. Peter has short, straight, grey hair. He mows the field. He fixes lots of stuff at school. He makes me feel happy because he looks after our school!
